    Just back from our stay which was overall good but I thought I’d share a few points. Let’s start with this is not a 5* hotel. How on earth can Tui really advertise this place as 5*??? The main areas are very clean and tidy but the finishes in the bedrooms are shocking. We stayed in a swim up duplex. We moved rooms once as they put us in a smaller room than we had booked around the back of the hotel but ended up over towards the entertainment stage. The second room was bigger with more space inside and outside as well, however the finishes were just as bad in each and the pool from above was leaking through the roof!! The food was ok, very repetitive though. Again not 5* Don’t forget, there is no bacon or sausage for breakfast as it’s a Muslim menus. The drinks were ok. You can get a Guinness in the sports bar and “the bar” the red wine passable but the wife really disliked the white. The cocktails were good though although none of the staff made them the same. The smaller slides were running but the bigger ones were not. There’s lots and lots of smokers so expect to smell cigarettes everywhere also sewage smells everywhere. There’s clearly some problems with the drainage. The evening entertainment was mostly good. The 3 singers were excellent and well liked by everyone , the dancers were pretty good too, however the traditional Turkish performance was absolute garbage. Lastly we booked a couple of trips with Thomas the rep who was a bit clueless. Do yourselves a favour and use one of the local trip organisers you can save a considerable amount. We did have a good time and enjoyed our time but wouldn’t be rushing back anytime soon.

    Nice hotel but not a 5 star as this was fairly new hotel still a few snags hopefully these can be resolved in close season. Entertainment not great in the evening could do with bit more live music. Food okay but buffet in the evening would start closing down and not putting fresh food out if in there later dining. Staff friendly drinks okay but not premium as stated . Plenty sun beds available which was good nice big rooms but finish in them not up to 5 star accommodation.
