The staff were lovely and very accommodating but the resort was poor dining room looked like a very poor cafe menu very poor such a long way from the town all up a very steep hill be had to use taxis the whole time we were very disappointed it should not be sold to elderly people we suggested they have transport to and from the town for a small charge it cost us 30euros up and back everyday and sometimes double that

The hotel was absolutely stunning. Looked exactly like the pictures and description. The staff were friendly and really helpful. It was a great hotel within walking distance of Oia - perfect if you want to see the sights and relax with more space after. Would definitely recommend!

It is very nice, though we probably had one of the smallest rooms, but understand others came at a higher cost. Very nice being woken up to breakfast delivery each morning. I would wish their kitchen would open at 12:00 instead of 14:30, we would have bought many more lunches. Also same with staffing the bar, it seemed an afterthought to them, often staff away doing other things. We ended up buying our own drinks from supermarkets and having those around the pool each day, but again we would have spent a lot more money on drinks at the bar if it was manned. Saved us money overall.

“Hôtel Elea”

Conforme à la description faite pat TUI mais pendant 10 jours dans la salle bain un extracteur d air fut défaillant en restant en permanence allumé et donc les nuits nous avons toujours eu un bruit d’ours très dérangeant ce que la responsable de l’hôtel n’est pas arrivée à solutionner …… nous informant qu un électricien allait venir … nous n’avons jamais vu cette personne ! Dommage vraiement
